You are prohibited from using the personal API Plan for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to review your API usage at any time. If any violation of the above restrictions is discovered, your API access may be terminated immediately, and legal action may be pursued.

8. User-Published Content (Public Sharing of Blave Agent Research Reports)

8.1 Definition

"User-Published Content" means a snapshot of a report that a user chooses to publish through the Blave Agent report sharing feature, viewable by anyone with the link without signing in, including its title, body, charts, data sources, and generation date. Research reports and morning, market-close, weekly, and similar reports can be published. Performance reports (which contain account assets) cannot be published.

8.2 Published by the User; Not Reviewed by Blave

(1) Each report is published only if and when the user individually chooses to publish it. User-Published Content is produced by the user's Blave Agent (an AI agent) at the user's direction. It is the user's analysis and does not represent the views of WuChi Technology Company Limited ("Blave").

(2) Blave does not review User-Published Content before publication and does not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or lawful.

(3) Blave provides data and tools, not investment advice. WuChi Technology Company Limited is not a licensed securities investment advisory enterprise or futures advisory enterprise. User-Published Content is not a recommendation by Blave to buy or sell any security, futures contract, option, or virtual asset.

8.3 User Representations and Warranties

(1) Each time a user publishes a report or updates a published version, the user must tick to confirm the statements shown in the publish dialog and is responsible for their truth. The version shown at the time of ticking governs. The current statements, restated in the third person, are:

(i) the user has read it; it contains nothing the user does not want public, and no one else's personal data or content the user has no right to publish;

(ii) the content is the user's own views and judgment; the user is responsible for the consequences of publishing it, and Blave has not reviewed it;

(iii) the user is not affiliated with a securities or futures advisory enterprise, received no compensation for publishing it, and will not use it to solicit anyone to the user's referral code, paid strategies, or paid groups.

(2) These warranties cover only content that the user, or the user's Blave Agent acting on the user's direction, added to the report. Licensing of market data supplied by Blave is outside the scope of the user's warranties.

(3) The user agrees that Blave may keep a record of the time of each confirmation, the version of the confirmation text, and the version of these Terms in effect at that time.

8.4 Prohibited Content and Conduct

(1) Users must not publish reports that contain, or use User-Published Content for, any of the following:

(i) buy/sell timing, target prices, entry/exit prices, support/resistance levels, stop-loss/take-profit levels, or long/short directional calls for any named stock, futures contract, or virtual asset;

(ii) soliciting others to use the user's referral code, buy the user's paid strategies listed in the Strategy Library, or join paid groups, courses, or other paid services;

(iii) research that references a paid strategy listed in the Strategy Library;

(iv) other people's personal data, or information the user has no right to disclose;

(v) content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights;

(vi) information the user knows to be false, or information spread with the intent to affect market prices;

(vii) circumventing the system restrictions Blave has set under this Section by editing a report, splitting it into several publications, or any other means;

(viii) any other unlawful content or conduct.

(2) A user who chooses to be credited may use only their account display name, and must not add titles such as "teacher" or "analyst," organization names, or contact details to it.

8.5 License and Display

(1) To the extent the user holds rights in the content, the user grants Blave and the service providers it engages (including cloud hosting and content delivery network providers), for as long as the content remains published, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, reproduce, back up, publicly transmit, and display the snapshot of the User-Published Content on the public page and in link previews on third-party platforms.

(2) To protect users and readers, the user agrees that, when displaying the content, Blave may remove account, machine, conversation, and other identifying information; present the content in Blave's layout; and add a "Research report" label, Blave's disclaimers, and a reporting link. These changes do not alter the content's arguments or figures, and the user agrees not to assert moral rights against Blave on account of them.

(3) Once the user unpublishes the content or it is taken down, the license no longer covers public display. During the internal retention period in Section 8.8, it covers only storage and use for the purposes listed there.

(4) Publishing does not transfer any rights to Blave.

8.6 Takedown

Blave may take down User-Published Content without notice if Blave believes it may violate this Section or applicable law, or infringe the rights of others, or if a court or competent authority so requires.

8.7 Unpublishing, Updating, and Deleting Reports, Machines, or Accounts

(1) Users may unpublish at any time. Blave then stops serving the link promptly; network caches may continue to show it for a short time.

(2) Updating a published version requires the user to confirm the statements in Section 8.3 again. Later changes the Blave Agent makes to the original report do not affect a snapshot that is already published.

(3) Content is treated as unpublished in the following cases:

(i) the user deletes the original report: that report is unpublished;

(ii) the user's Blave Agent machine is deleted, whether by the user, automatically when the balance reaches zero under the billing rules, or because the user launches a new machine to replace it: all of the user's content is unpublished;

(iii) the user deletes their account: all of the user's content is unpublished.

If a machine is stopped for insufficient balance but not deleted, published content is not affected.

(4) Blave cannot recall or control content that third parties have reposted, screenshotted, or downloaded, or that third-party platforms have cached, while it was published.

8.8 Internal Retention

After content is unpublished or taken down, Blave keeps the snapshot (including earlier versions of it) and the publication record (including the user identifier, publication and unpublication times, the reason for unpublication, and confirmation records) internally for 180 days. They are used only to handle disputes and reports and to cooperate with investigations by courts or competent authorities, are not made public again, and are deleted when the period ends. If the law requires a longer period, or a dispute or investigation is still pending when the period ends, they are kept until it concludes. This Section also applies when content is unpublished because a machine or account is deleted under Section 8.7(3).

8.9 Reader Reports

(1) Anyone who believes User-Published Content may violate this Section or applicable law, or infringe the rights of others, may tell Blave through the channels listed on the site's "Contact Us" page; the "Report this content" link on each public page leads there. Blave will handle reports within a reasonable time.

(2) Personal data provided in a report is processed under Blave's Privacy Policy.

(3) A report does not necessarily lead to a takedown; Blave decides whether to take content down under this Section.

8.10 Responsibility

(1) Users are responsible under applicable law for their User-Published Content and for any damage arising from it.

(2) Readers make their own trading decisions based on User-Published Content and bear their own gains and losses. Blave is not liable for readers' losses arising from such decisions, except where caused by Blave's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
