Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are only applicable for cryptocurrency payments and must be requested within 30 days from the payment date.
- Credit card payments include a 14-day free trial, so the refund policy does not apply.
- Refund requests can be submitted via email to info@blave.org or by opening a support ticket in the Discord group.
2. Refund Process
- Users need to submit a refund request through customer support and provide relevant purchase proof.
- Blave will review and process the refund within 7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after the refund period has passed.
- Refund requests due to personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed).
- Refunds do not apply to promotional or discounted subscription plans.
