Connect your exchange account so your strategies can place orders on their own.
Create an API key on your exchange and paste it into the "Auto Trading" page. It takes five steps. To try it without real money first, choose "Paper Trading" and click "Start Paper Trading". You start with 100,000 USDT.
| Exchange | Desktop app | Cloud machine |
|---|---|---|
| Binance, OKX, BingX, Gate.io, Bybit, Bitget, StockCoin | Yes | Yes |
| President Futures | Windows | Windows |
| Capital Futures | Windows | Windows |
Always set a whitelist. Binance deletes keys without one after 30 days of inactivity.
Open the connect dialog. In the sidebar, click "Auto Trading", click "Choose a Trading Account" and choose "Real Account".
Pick your exchange. Choose it under "Exchange or futures broker". If you pick President Futures or Capital Futures, skip the steps below and follow the setup checklist in the dialog.
Add the whitelist. Add the IP shown in the dialog to your exchange's API whitelist.
Paste the key. Paste the API Key and the Secret Key.
Connect. Click "Connect Account". The key is saved only if the account can be read.
| You see | What to do |
|---|---|
| OKX or Bitget asks for a Passphrase | Enter the one you set when you created the key, not your login password |
| StockCoin can't read your funds | Create the key as a futures key, and move your funds into the futures account in the StockCoin App first |
| An order is rejected because the IP isn't whitelisted | Your IP changed. A cloud machine gets a new one when it restarts after being stopped or when you upgrade the plan. The desktop app gets one when you switch networks. Add the new IP to your exchange whitelist |
| You're asked for an email verification code | Cloud machine: a new phone was paired in the last 24 hours, so changing the key needs one more check. Enter the code sent to your inbox |
| After you changed the key, trading paused and the main button says "Confirm account" | Click "Confirm account", choose "Same account" or "Different account", then click "Start trading" |
| A notification says trading permission is gone | Check the permissions and whitelist on your exchange, then click "Retest connection" on the "Settings" tab |
| The desktop app shows "Connection failed and the order engine isn’t running. Fix it under Settings." | Check the reason on the "Settings" tab, fix it, then click "Retest connection" |
